UPDATE: After leaving my initial 1 star review, I was contacted by Satchel with an offer to remake my Pipers. The lengths Mary Kate went to make sure I was satisfied were very much appreciated. She sent photos of the remade pipers before shipping to make sure I was happy with the quality, spent extra time on the packing and presentation, shipped them out within 1 week and even followed up to make sure they arrived. It was a stark contrast to my initial experience but I am very happy with the final products I received.
Love the size of the clutch but was very disappointed with the quality/craftsmanship.
