I don't like my new bag, what can I do about it?
While we are so sad to hear that you aren't in love with you new bag, we do have a few options for you.
If you have not used your bag yet, you may exchange it for another Satchel product or store credit to be used in the future towards anything we make and sell.
Please contact us right away (via phone or email- hello@shopsatchel.com ) if you are not happy with your purchase so that we can send you a return authorization form and start getting to work on your real dream Satchel. And remember, honey catches more flies than vinegar.
Please make sure you include your satchel provided RA# and contact information in the box with the return. DO NOT under any circumstances tape the note to the bag. This removes the finish and will result in voiding your return and the item being sent back to you. If you're worried about the note being lost, please place the note inside of the bag/item.
Returned custom orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
